Hi, I am Kristen. I am a mother of two boys, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and anxiety coach.
I struggled with anxiety much of my life not realizing it was anxiety.
I thought my perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies were personality traits until I learned they were unhealthy coping mechanisms learned in childhood.
After finding myself burnt out, emotionally depleted, and feeling stuck,
I sought out help. I deep dove into all things anxiety, emotional trauma, nervous system regulation, and healing.
I figured out something incredible…
